This is a completely unique item that I make by hand. You will not be able to find anything the same anywhere.
I will ask you for a photo, and after a few more questions I will send you a draft design. I like to make my portraits as personal as I can, and so they will include any accessories that make the portrait unique (eg. special earrings, bag, hat, wedding bouquet etc.).
I make this item on cotton material with cotton thread, and can make it to fit into either a frame or an embroidery hoop.

Return and Refund Policy
Since this is a completely unique item, I can't accept any returns once I have started the design.
However, if you are unhappy with your item you can let me know and I will try my best to make changes. For this reason, I would suggest that you pay attention to the draft I send to you and let me know then any specific things you want to make sure are in the design.
Shipping Information
Your item will be shipped out using Royal Mail 2nd Class (signed for). Shipping is free for items over 50 pounds.
